2024 C/O-Advisor Meeting

1. Class shirt leftovers

1. 10 still in the office

   1. Aahaan Bandopadhyay write an email asking for the names from Rocha, then write another one telling them to pick up

2. Discord (For approval):

1. Usage: Banter, bringing students together, easy communication

2. Fears: discouraging effects, banter becomes personal, too open

3. How to solve fears: add things so that people can be brought together

   1. Games, bonding activities, etc

4. Idea: rejected

5. Other ideas: Homecoming discord

   1. Channel so that there is communication between the groups/committees

3. Homecoming

1. Mr. Lee: “Homecoming has changed before”

   1. Don’t get locked into the mindset of what other classes tell you

   2. Don’t always need 3 dances

   3. HoCo is about showing class spirit and unity

   4. Former boys dance consisted of 3 boys and 1 girl

      1. No normalities

      2. No requirements

2. Voting for heads

   1. Examples/experience is good

   2. Class officers decide unbiased

3. Timeline will start changing

   1. Originally scheduled for 4/7

   2. Leadership teachers are looking to move it

4. Psych Game Night

4. How to market game nights more:

   1. COs go into Homeroom classes?

      1. Problem: Not all homeroom classes have all freshmen

         1. Solution: Announce it during English class/Biology
