1. Class merch

1. Change dates on timeline

   1. New dates:

      1. Design forms end 9/24

      2. Filter designs by 9/30

      3. 1st round voting form goes out 10/1, Voting closes 10/3 at 11:59

      4. Choose top 3 for round 2, runoffs on 10/5 to 10/6 @3:30 pm

      5. Send out order form 10/7

      6. Order forms go out 10/7 @ (move meeting to the 6th), close 10/13 @11:59 pm

2. Addition of class hoodies

3. Send out blast email to Mr. Lee

4. How the students submit the designs

   1. Submit with clear background only

   2. If they want to hand draw, then they will have to find a way themselves

5. Start drafting out emails to Rocha and Boiem about what to do with the money

2. October PR video

1. Announce info about class shirts

3. Write out scripts

   2. How to pick up

   3. Shirts $15, hoodies $30

4. Ask asb about editing their video

3. Class competition service event advertisement info

1. Fundraiser event to help out senior citizens
