1. Mafia Game Night

1. Jeffrey Gao make a blast email, have Lee send it out ASAP

2. Closing sign ups next Monday (12/7)

3. Anika Sundararajan send out a follow up email about MGN to Lee and Rocha

2. HoCo

1. Aahaan Bandopadhyay update the linktree, only leave the HoCo master document

2. Start on rough timeline for HoCo

   1. Jeffrey Gao Blast Email sent out 12/7 about HoCo signups

   2. Maple Leung Reminder Graphics sent out December 14th

   3. Signups end December 15th

   4. Choose heads December 16th during meeting

   5. By Jan 8th, heads should have choreo/scripting done, send to C/Os for review

3. IGTV/Youtube class connection ideas

1. Idea: to have a video on IGTV every month explaining what is going on in our class

   1. Everyone says a certain part

2. @All: look over what you are in charge of

   1. By friday: Finish script

   2. By monday: everyone should have their videos filmed and sent to either Anika or Anshul

   3. By wednesday: have the video ready

1. Jeffrey Gao upload Meeting Minutes

2. Aahaan Bandopadhyay put in HSSV form and HoCo form

3. Maple Leung add HoCo details graphic and Mafia graphic to home page

4. Anshul Singh update website calendar with MGN, HoCo

5. Freshman Focus

1. New submission: RyZe tutoring

   1. Anshul Singh create set of questions

   2. Anika Sundararajan contact Shreya through direct messages

2. Anika Sundararajan send the Silent Voices graphics to Lee for approval, post when approved
