1. Class merch

1. Needs a new invoice from Boehm and Sparktrend

2. 2 week shipping=> 2nd week of November (Nov. 11)

   1. Aahaan: Send email to Rocha about what we need (5 chairs, 2 tables)

   2. Maple: Create graphics + posts about delivery by 11/4

   3. Jeff: Draft email to Lee about reminders by 11/4

1. Release date: tomorrow!

2. Aahaan: Create schoology update to announce

3. Update websites at the end of every meeting

1. Among Us Game Night

   1. Only 18 responses to what time is possible

      1. Choose to do Fri 7-8

   2. Assignments

      1. Anshul: Email Rocha the names of all of the people who registered so we can verify we can use their audio/video

      2. Maple: finish graphic for registration form by Friday Oct 23

      3. Jeffrey: Create blast email w/ registration form

      4. Anika: create facebook update by Oct 23

      1. Release reg form this friday (Oct. 23)
