1. Freshmen T-Shirts

1. Aahaan: Email Rocha about distribution supplies by the end of today (DONE)

2. Move shirts pickup day over to 11/13 (11/11 is veterans day)

   1. Aahaan: Email Lee back to ask if it works

   2. Arrive at school 3:45 to sort/label/get ready

2. AUGN

1. 43 responses (2 more!)

2. Anshul: Reach out to people to sign up

3. Anika: Send names to Rocha

4. During the event:

   1. Give out instructions to everyone

      1. Have cameras on

      2. Ask them to screen record if they can

      3. If they want, they can also voice record

      4. No inappropriate names

      5. No profanity/ social has to be in a school setting

      6. Turn mics off if its not a meeting session

5. Email to participants:

   1. Give them zoom link

   2. Tell them to arrive by 7:05 or else their spot may be replaced

1. Elect Hoco heads

   1. COs will go thru applications

   2. Dance choreos, decs head, backdrop head, videographer, skit heads

   3. Jobs: (All sent out after AUGN)

      1. Anika: backdrop, videographer

      4. Jeffrey: Decs

2. Have everyone sign up again (after part a is accomplished)
