2024 C/O Meeting

Called to order: 3:33 pm

1. Class Shirts:

1. Wait until Sparktrendz ship the shirts before we send out any PR

2. Jobs at distribution:

   1. 2 people check student IDs (Maple, Jeffrey)

   2. 1 person checks spreadsheet (Aahaan)

   3. 1 person gets shirt size (Anika)

   4. 1 person hands it to each car (Anshul)

   5. Everyone: bring gloves

2. Game Day

1. C/Os come onto zoom @6:30

2. Anshul: send people to Rocha, make sure Lee is going to be in the meet

3. Allow own lobbies to change their own rules

4. Every room has different maps for the video:

   1. The Skeld: Maple, Jeffrey

   2. MiraHQ: Anika,

   3. Polus: Anshul, Aahaan

5. Game Night roles runthrough on zoom

3. HoCo

1. Forms:

   1. Anika & Maple finished forms

   2. Jeffrey, Anshul, Aahaan finish other forms

   3. Videographer & Editors

      1. 2-3 videographers, 3-4 editors

      2. They can be in the dances/skit if they want

      3. 1 videographer per dance group

   4. Create form to see if people have any homecoming questions (Anika)

4. Website

1. Spend time each meeting to assign people new things to do on the website

2. Forms:

   1. Add freshman focus

   2. Delete Among Us signups

3. Calendar

   1. Make sure AUGN/Class Shirt pickups is on the calendar

4. Events:

   1. Add Breathe Week

5. Class Connection Action Ideas

1. Why? Not really much connection between officers and students

2. Ideas:

   1. Discord

      1. Possibly have QnA for students to ask officers questions

      2. Anshul: create channels + make C/Os admins

      3. Maple: create graphic

   2. Hangouts

   3. Maybe do QnA sections

   4. Maybe do Instagram stories that clubs do (Post your favorite ______)

   5. IGTV announcements?

   6. Public meetings? (city council style)

      1. Solves transparency issues

      2. Problem: needs administrator
