Called to order: 9:30 PM

1. What we need to do:

1. Create a new role for Brian

2. Not accepting anyone not from lynbrook 2024 unless they are a CO from another class

2. Optimizing an inclusive culture

1. Niches

   1. Can’t just have 1 niche

   2. Send out question on suggestions

   3. Should be under niche

2. Gaming

   1. Problem: Naming each text channel by their game limits the existence of other games

   2. Decision: allow the students to create their own channels if they want to play a different game

      1. Can also create a general gaming channel

3. Including more channels in general, shouldn’t just be limited to Anime & Gaming

4. How-to-use Discord post or video for students who don’t know how to use discord

3. Maintaining professionalism

1. False officer titles (Brian & Anika)

2. Favoritism and role sorting, should only have these roles:

   1. Officer

   2. Clubs/Extracurriculars

3. Names

   1. Too many repeats; plus it’s hard for people to get to know each other

   2. Should be sorted by - first name _ last initial -

      1. assigned to Aahaan Bandopadhyay

4. Polls

1. Must be pre-approved by officers like IG polls

5. Monitoring cyber-bullying & spam control

1. Give them a warning-then ban them the 2nd time

6. Misc.

1. More music bots and channels; can organize by genre

2. Action item: Anshul teaches all officers everything about the discord
