• Ideas for hoco promo:

  • Text everyone individually

    • Through 24 account

    • One message sent to everyone

  • C/O Video speaking

  • HOCO recap video

• Hoco Video

  • Hire Film Club Members (Gio?) to come to hoco meetings for bts

    • Reach out to film club/videographers to film

  • Vlog?

• Revamp Website

  • Before July (hoco gets too overbearing :O)

• Basic Event Planning

  • Study & Stress Relief Night- Mid-December & Late May (Right before finals)

  • Drivers Ed- Open throughout entire year, Start planning Second week of august

  • Secret Santa- Start planning second week of November

  • Halloween Costume or Pumpkin Carving Contest- Start planning right after homecoming

  • Valentine's Day Speed Friending/Dating- Last week of January

  • Easter- Second to last week of march

  • Yearly Executive Summary- Start planning May, release last day of school

  • Spotify Madness- Start planning mid feb, release first week of March

Action Items

1. @Anika reach out to Alicia Cho and tell her she's good to do all events

2. @Aahaan Bandopadhyay create a message to send to class members and send to messenger chat

3. @Anshul Singh Edit skit section on google form to include voice acting, costumes, and props (by TODAY)

4. @Anshul Singh Add people to google group every day (continuously)
