• REMINDERS

  • fill out attendance spreadsheet at each practice

• what did YOU do this week?

  • anika: went to decs, switched around things for the rally setup, created an agenda & ran decs heads mtg, thinking of way to speed up decs

  • aahaan: helped with blocking at skit meeting on sunday

  • janhavi: helped with blocking at skit rehearsal today, switched around rehearsal so more ppl can come, skit head meeting at brunch to discuss decs and switching around a scene

  • anshul: dance head meeting, boys dance changed one song

  • maple: made agenda & ran meeting for dance heads meeting, helped figure out outfits for girls and coed, figured out completely new location change, all choreo taught as of 5 days ago!!, all photos have been taken, made completely new sched for hoco rush

• INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC goals for next week:

  • anika: trying to speed up decs a lot, think about how to setup hoco

  • aahaan: finish blocking scene 4

  • janhavi: figure out spaceship dec situation, finish blocking scene 4, figure out attendance rule - ppl aren't showing up

  • anshul: figure out more streamlined time for dance head mtgs, make sure boys dance goes smoothly esp w location change

  • maple: dress rehearsals coming up, push advisors to approve lyrics and flips by this week

• full on group/rehearsal dates, ones that dance has so far:

  • 9/27-10/1 mornings: full dress rehearsals for dances, includes student feedback

    • afterschool: full run through with skit

  • 10/2-10/3 full day rehearsals

  • 10/4 afterschool: full run throughs

  • 10/5 morning: final run through & all setup

• advisor approval email

  • send follow up to approve skit script, rest of dance song mixes, dance tricks/flips

  • consequences of not following their objections?
