  • anika: Created grind week sched for decs + backdrop, started to remind decs head about things because her girls are a litte bit forgetful, went to decs

  • aahaan: Attended dance + skit meeting, went to skit rehearsal today, went to decs after

  • janhavi: went to decs, lead skit decs meeting - finish all the decs!, attended decs meeting for 10min —> passed out, went to rehearsal

  • anshul: went to dance + skit head mtg, attended boys dance, skit, decs

  • maple:led + made agenda for dance/skit head mtg, attended girls, boys dance, skit, backdrop

• INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC goals for next week:

  • anika: make sure everything is cut out, grind week schedule is set, check in everything is going well, get paints + last minute materials, signs for each dec

  • aahaan: take pictures at all call, get recording timings done, run skit smoothly

  • janhavi: make sure costumes ordered, what aahaan said, send email to dancers + actors for all timings- by the 25th

  • anshul: attend next skit + dance head mtg, attend skit, boys dance, and buy mario + luigi costume
