halloween spirit week

  • i've heard a lot of ppl who signed up saying they're going to be choreo..

    • yea i told those fools to stfu they're just egotistical LMFAO

• choosing choreos (assuming no one else signs up from now till 11:59PM) and then notifying them ASAP

  • should be graded on 1) choreo potential- NOT whether they have formations "planned" yet LMFAO 2) leadership- ability to make students stfu & quiet down 60+ ppl 3) spirit & work ethic (how they actually rep the class during rallies + potential choreo backtalk..)

• some ideas past heads/students have talked to me about (ordered by hierarchal levels)

  • #1) choreos > student advisors/helpers (students that help make students stfu + give feedback to students at the end & provide extra help to students in need when teaching choreo)

    • might undermine choreo's power, create class divisions? LMFAO

  • #2) choreos > sub-choreos (choreos that didn't get choreo but still have hella good choreo/formation ideas, just mainly bad at leading. choreos will make choreo & have meetings w them for them to give feedback + incorporate possible sub-choreo formation ideas)

    • would reduce the saltiness from ppl don't get choreo positions

  • FINAL DECISIONS:

    • 2-3 Choreos (make choreo): maple, dara, abby

    • Sub Choreos (give formations, have space for ideas): myles, sophia ao
