  • ^MAKE IT EXTREMELY DETAILED- meeting dates, rehearsal possibilities, outfit decisions, dance memorization, etc.

    • use handbook to decide steps and take into consideration how much time each step will take (e.g. choreo starts July __ and finishes July __, final choreo video released to dancers on July __, first rehearsal on July __, etc.)
